The facilities and services are set out fully in our Service User's Guide. 
       
All of our residents can expect:

• the right to freedom, privacy, dignity and to be respected
• the right to make their own choices and decisions so long as others are not put at risk
• a full meal service each day with freshly prepared meals
• care by fully trained and supervised care staff 
• access to medical advice and medical care
• support in daily living including access to an optician, dentist, chiropodist, physiotherapist and other health care professionals
• escort service to appointments outside the home
• in-house hairdressing service
• assistance with shopping, letter writing etc
• a varied programme of activities and entertainment
• access to independent advice on living in a care home
• a full in-house laundry service (excluding dry cleaning)
• regular reviews of your personalised plan of care
• to participate in an annual review of the quality of the service on offer
• to access our complaints procedure
